Minimum Qualifications

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
Working knowledge of business English and proper grammatical expression.

Ability to write memoranda, reports and correspondence related to work assignments.

Ability to make arithmetic computations using fractions, decimals and percentages.

Ability to identify sensitive or confidential information and to abide by confidentiality requirements.

Ability to interpret and explain policies and procedures, rules and regulations to a wide variety of people, orally and in writing.

Ability to read and comprehend statutes, regulations, procedures, and collective bargaining agreements.

Ability to analyze facts and documents accurately, determine which of a number of requirements or procedures apply, and apply them to the facts and circumstances.

Ability to compare data from a variety of sources for accuracy and completeness, identify discrepancies, and make corrections.

Ability to meet and deal tactfully with the public.

Ability to maintain cooperative relationships with other employees and those contacted in the course of the work.
